The house seller
A seller for a conveniant house to "take" in Balmora
Just go to the house on the far south on the riverfront
of the east side of the river, the seller is on the top floor.
The island
Provides an island with a house, and good sellers, as well
as a dungeon for higher level characters. Just see the guy
in the alcove by the silt strider in Balmora.
